Metallographic Abrasive Paper

Trojan metallographic sandpaper has good water resistance, durability and long service life. The sand grains on the surface are uniform, and the excellent grinding characteristics can minimize the deformation of the sample. Metallographic sandpaper is made of selected, uniformly sized silicon carbide abrasive grains with excellent grinding effect. Water-resistant metallographic sandpaper made by electrostatic sanding process has the characteristics of even distribution of abrasive grains, sharp grinding and durability. This results in fast grinding speed and shallow deformation layer, which is especially effective for high hard or harder materials. All rough grinding and fine grinding processes can realize water grinding, which completely eradicates the disadvantages of sample being ground and dusty when using ordinary metallographic sandpaper. Due to the many advantages of metallographic sandpaper, it is also frequently used in mold processing (polishing) and other processes with a high finish.
