Sample Preparation System

The WIT-1 fully automatic intelligent sample preparation system is specifically developed for cross-sectional slice detection in industries such as semiconductors and PCB... It can be used for precise positioning detection and analysis of PCB holes, copper, solder joints, and tin balls. It uses a high-definition CCD camera to determine the grinding position, enabling it to automatically complete processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding, fine polishing, and cleaning.

Features:

1:The sample calibration is carried out using high-precision CCD lenses, which offer high accuracy, a wide field of view, and a grinding precision of ±10μm;
2:On the same sample, multiple grinding lines can be calibrated at once. After one grinding stroke, the next stroke of grinding is automatically performed without the need for re-calibration;
3:A sample cache area is provided, and during manual calibration, all samples can be processed at once without waiting;
4:It can hold and grind-polish up to 3 samples at a time;
5:The pressure and speed of the sample pressing can be controlled to avoid cracking and breaking of the sample due to excessive pressure;
6:Laser marking or coding is available for sample traceability;
7:Two working disks, with automatic replacement of grinding disks; up to 10 grinding disks can be placed;
8:The grinding surface can be
photographed;
9:Up to 6 different polishing liquids can be configured, and each set of polishing liquid bottles has an independent stirring function and liquid level display.
10:A cleaning station is provided, including ultrasonic, water flow and air flow cleaning, and air drying;
11:The processed samples, with the polished surface facing upwards, are orderly arranged in the recycling box to 
avoid scratching of the polished surface;
