Digital Brinell Hardness Tester

It is suitable for the determination of the hardness of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, as well as the determination of the hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite.
HBS-3000 digital display touch screen Brinell hardness tester is a mechatronics product with precise mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. The instrument eliminates weights, adopts electric loading and unloading test force, and is fed back by 0.5%. precision pressure sensor. CPU Control and can automatically compensate the test force lost in the test. Indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through the micrometer eyepiece, and the test force, indentation length, holding time, measurement times, conversion scale, date and time can be displayed more intuitively on the large screen. Press the button to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. Data results can be saved and viewed through a table, and can also be output through the built-in printer.
