Product Description
ThetaVAC-2 is a light and compact program-controlled vacuum mounting machine. External compressed air can be quickly and effectively vacuumed, and it can also be connected to a vacuum pump for vacuum cold mounting of epoxy resin. With excellent pore impregnation function, it allows epoxy resin to penetrate into tiny pores and cracks quickly and efficiently, thus ensuring edge protection and full filling of the sample. It is ideal for porous materials, such as failure analysis specimens for cracks, porous castings, composites and preparation of samples for electronic components, rock minerals, ceramics, etc.

1:Program control, the vacuum degree, the number of cycles and the corresponding time can be set;
2:Extra large vacuum chamber for up to 12 samples (40mm diameter);
3:Electric rotary table for easy and fast mounting;
4:External connecting the compressed air source, easy to operate, safe and reliable (can also be connected to vacuum air pump);
5:Interior of Teflon coated, easy to clean.
