Measuring Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and bearing alloy materials, a wide range of applications, suitable for precise measurement of parallel planes, and curved surface measurement is stable and reliable.
During the test, the LCD touch screen shows that the indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through the micrometer eyepiece, and the diameter of the indentation can be displayed on the LCD touch screen display, and the weight is added.
The digital Brinell hardness test is to use a certain diameter steel ball to press the surface of the object under test with a specified test force. After the specified test force is maintained, the test force is removed and the pressure on the surface of the test piece is measured with a micrometer eyepiece. Mark diameter d, take two points d1 and d2, you can get the hardness value directly from the display.
